

Jean-Philippe Boucher
Jean-Philippe Boucher joined SDSC in August 2025 as a Senior Engineer in the Collaborative Development team, in Lausanne.
After completing a PhD in Fluid Mechanics at École Polytechnique in France, Jean-Philippe co-founded Phyling, a company specialized in onboard sensors and data analysis for sports, research, and industry. In particular, the team developed and deployed sensors for elite athletes in rowing and cycling during their preparation for the Paris Olympics. Within the start-up, Jean-Philippe was responsible for software development and data analysis, and contributed to several web applications dedicated to data processing and visualization.
